Why do today what I can put off until tomorrow?

I know. I'm a slacker. I suck. I haven't done a thing about my windshield. I should be shot. I haven't even looked up glass repair on yellowpages.com. Luckily the crack hasn't grown. But now it's the day before my birthday and I shouldn't have to deal with stuff like that on (for all intents and purposes) my birthday. Come to think of it, as much as I love my car, and I do!, I don't take such awesome care of it. When I got my PA tags I had the temporary plate taped up in the back window, and now I have tape residue in its place. I'm sure it's been months. Or rather, it had been months when I bought some of the best cleaning product ever, Goo Gone, to remove it, as well as some sap that's been on my door for, um, longer. It has been several more months since I bought the Goo Gone.? And I can't even tell you the last time I vacuumed or washed my car. Maybe I should work on that. Tomorrow.

  1. I know a great way to celebrate your birthday, Adam! Susan and I are starting at 8:30 a.m. tomorrow, laying mulch in the front and side yards. We could all celebrate your birthday with mulch. I think that's the best idea EVER!

    Might as well wait til Monday to do your "to-do" list. Why ruin a perfectly wonderful (and all too scarce) weekend, especially your birthday, doing things like that?

    Its going to be 70+ here for the first time since September, with the exception of 2 (yes, a scant 2) days in early April... and I plan on soaking up as much of that sunshine as I possibly can... who knows when we will see it again, the way things have been going?

    I vote for fun stuff only!
