Why is it that even when I sleep 2 hours later than normal, I still don't wake up feeling refreshed?

This picture makes my stomach look big. It really isn't… really!

I love the wrinkles on my face from the contortion… especially the big one on my forehead that stops half way across.

  1. Feeling refreshed is more about getting on a fixed schedule and staying there, making adjustments to maximize your sleep patterns. 8 hours isn't always the best but it's the most common. I rarely go 5-6 hours without waking up on my own. Once awake it takes 15-30 minutes to get back to sleep and if I know I'm not going to get another hour it's better if I just get up and get going. Everyone's probably a little different.

  2. The fixed schedule is def the way to go, an hour or so before or after normal is okay without resetting your biological clock. I had the same compliant not too long ago since some days I don't have anywhere to be til 1230, and other days at 6am and was getting up accordingly... makes it much worse!!
