Now that I'm riding the train for two hours a day, I've had time to finish a book I've been working on for 2 years: A Short History of Nearly Everything, by Bill Bryson. The man could make a pile of dirt sound interesting and funny. (He does: He wrote a book about Australia!)

Having finished that book, and in less than 3 weeks, another, I'm really enjoying reading for pleasure again. I even went so far as to add a bunch of his other books to my wishlist, which you may or may not have realized was linked over there on the side bar. I'm really looking forward to reading those, and I'm going to be checking whether or not the library I'm working at has any available to check out, here shortly.
