Most people are aware of the Writers Guild strike going on. I ran across this video a few weeks ago and just remembered it tonight. My first impression is that what they're asking for is reasonable and that the companies denying them the pennies they're asking for are being a bit ridiculous. Although, I've seen most of Michael Moore's films and I understand how you can skew the facts to appear to support your story when in actuality they don't support you any more than those you oppose. I'm definitely not saying that the Writers Guild is wrong or doesn't deserve what they're asking for… I'm just curious what the other side of the story is. I haven't seen a video response from the producers/networks. But then again, who would write it for them?

Whoo! Finally figured out how to get Categories to show up on their own page, instead of needing to put them on the sidebar. There's a new link at the top-right for the 1 person (me) who uses them.

I would have posted earlier today, except:

• I was really enjoying you all telling me that I am a whiner, crybaby, etc. in the comments of my previous post.
• Procrastination isn't just a job, it's an adventure.
• Tonight was not the first night this month I laid down in bed and then quickly realized I hadn't posted.

Twitterholic?

When I saw this episode of CSI on TV, I instantly recognized Twitter and was very impressed that a Fictional representation of the internet was actually accurate. (See: The Net, Hackers, etc.) I would like to tell you that I paused the TV show to count the characters in the post they are discussing, but I won't lie to you. I paused it on Youtube, and rest assured, the message isn't too long and faked. There's room for 7 more characters there. And that my friends, is how you eek out a post at 5 minutes past bedtime.
